Group Leader, Human Resources - Field Operations

We have been retained by a leading global consumer packaged goods client to secure the talent of a high powered Group Leader, Human Resources – Field Operations. This position is newly created and reports to the Vice President, Human Resources for this client’s North American footprint. We seek an individual who possesses 10+ years experience in Human Resources specifically with experience in creating operations excellence with all levels of employee engagement. While working with HR management at 20+ plants, individual will be responsible for creating a HR strategy across the manufacturing/supply chain organization to insure that world class people strategies are aligned. The selected candidate will possess the following: BS/BA degree preferably in HR Management or Labor Relations. MBA or related Masters Degree is highly desired; A proven ability to be a change management thought leader and a strategic driver for operation wide HR initiatives; Capability of creating and implementing a human capital and labor strategy; Previous experience with labor relations regarding labor management conditions and processes; Experienced in creating a platform of consistency with all manufacturing sites regarding work practices, compensation, pension, and high involvement culture; Ability to be seated at the table throughout labor negotiations (1st seat experience is not required); Influence senior level operations executives to create best practice culture. In addition, the person we seek will have evidenced professional development and career progression in their career. Due to the breadth of this client’s operations, ability to travel 40-50% will be required. Senior Director of Human Resources

Our client is a global leader in its market. This organization has constructed an investment minded, team oriented culture dedicated to continuous improvement and market dominance. Committed to ingenuity, enterprise, and innovation they have grown through product and market diversity implementing best practice and are succeeding in aggressively capturing emerging economy markets. As a key piece of the evolution of excellence, the Senior Director of Human Resources will design and implement best practice programs for the corporation’s U.S. division. The successful candidate will drive performance by engaging corporate and operating unit leadership to identify opportunities throughout the value chain for improvement in Human Resource practices. This person is a member of the U.S. Region lead team and a member of the Global Human Resources Council. As a valued member of the continuous improvement effort, we are seeking an HR executive whose career contributions evidence their ability to think beyond boundaries and design/implement programs that facilitate process and profit. Credentials required include a minimum of 10 years progressive HR generalist experience within a manufacturing environment. The most recent five years should be in a corporate headquarters role. Also, a BS degree in a relevant discipline is required. An advanced degree is a plus.  Attributes sought include strong communications, project management, and negotiating skills. Senior Middle-Market Banker

We have been retained by a $6B+ banking entity to secure the talents of a Senior Middle-Market Banker. Our client is a highly regarded “community style” organization located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Senior Middle-Market Banker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to meet the corporate banking needs of their business clients. Must have the ability to generate new commercial credits as assigned my management; ability to manage a typical portfolio of $150-$250 million. Exposure to Middle-Market commercial investment loans and Commercial Real Estate loans of $1.5 million to $15 million. Must maintain significant community affiliations and centers of influence. Assumes a leadership role by acting as a mentor and/or team leader to Middle-Market Bankers. A Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance related field, and/or equivalent experience, and a minimum of seven (7) to fifteen (15) years of credit analysis experience and prior Business Development experience are required.

Senior Corporate Banker

Our client, a $6B+ community banking entity in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Senior Corporate Banker. The incumbent must have the ability to generate new commercial credits as assigned by management and the ability to manage a typical portfolio of $300 million or greater while achieving client service and performance goals as established by management. Exposure to Corporate Finance loans in excess of $15 million. Possess the ability to act as the agent in multi-bank corporate finance transactions. Exposure to Middle-Market commercial investment loans of $1.5 million to $15 million. A Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance related field, and/or equivalent experience, and a minimum of seven (7) to fifteen (15) years of credit analysis experience and prior Business Development experience are required.

Senior Director, Corporate Controller

As a key piece of the evolution of excellence, the Senior Director, Corporate Controller will design and implement best practice for the corporation. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the successful candidate will drive performance by engaging a broad range of internal and external professionals and leadership to identify opportunities throughout the value chain for improvement in the organization’s accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes. As a valued member of the continuous improvement effort, we are seeking a finance professional whose career contributions evidence their ability to think beyond boundaries and design/implement programs that facilitate process and profit. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role of a publicly traded company. A BS in Finance or Accounting and a CPA or CMA are required. An MBA is preferred. Evidenced measurable contributions in budgeting and reporting are sought. Solid knowledge of SEC regulations, GAAP, and automated financial and accounting reporting systems are necessary. Hyperion experience is helpful as is knowledge of planning and forecasting. Strategic thinking ability, strong communications skills, decisiveness, and a sense of urgency are critical to this role. International experience is a major plus.
