Internal Launch Meeting: OOL assembles consultants to discuss and present an overview of the search project.  The team highlights resources and contacts, as well as develops a general plan with timelines.
Information Delivery: The search consultant formalizes the search strategy and identifies best resources. Competencies are then defined. At approximately day 5 of the project, the search consultant meets with the hiring manager to present and confirm the final recruiting strategy.
Launch Search: During this phase, resources are obtained, coaches contacted, and recruiting is directed to a targeted candidate pool. Promotion of the opportunity begins and candidate identification ensues.
Develop Candidates: The candidate pool is refined through extensive screening and assessment exercises. The candidates are educated on the search process, client culture, and the status of their candidacy.
Candidate Review: The best candidates are delivered. Details on the candidates' backgrounds are confirmed. Issues are identified and explored. The search consultant prepares the candidates' credentials for presentation to the client.
Interview to Closure: OOL and the client conduct interviews.  After identifying a finalist, OOL assists in constructing and negotiating an offer.  The candidate is supported by OOL during the relocation and transition period (i.e. trailing spouse, school district information, etc.).
