Fee Descriptions and Guarantees

Fees
    Our standard fee for services equals 33 1/3% of candidates’ first year cash compensation (starting salary and target bonus).    
    Our fee is paid in 3 payments over the course of the project. A final fee, equaling 1/3 of exact cash compensation less the 3 retainer payments will be determined on candidate acceptance and becomes billable on written acceptance of offer.  
    Expenses are reimbursable for all travel/entertainment associated with each project. Such expenditures are pre-approved by client. No additional administrative fees are required.  Taxes are paid by Client Company in accordance with applicable local or state regulations.

Guarantee
    We Guarantee that the Candidate recommended by the Search Firm and selected by the Client Company for the Position will continue his/her employment with the Client Company for (1) year, measured from the date on which the Candidate begins his/her employment with the Client Company. Remedies and Conditions outlined in contract.
